Brembo and SGL Carbon signed a joint venture, effective from June 1st 2009, in the field of carbon ceramic brake discs for the passenger car and commercial vehicle markets.
For this purpose the subsidiaries Brembo Ceramic Brake Systems SpA and SGL Brakes GmbH have combined their activities under the name “Brembo SGL Carbon Ceramic Brakes” BSCCB.
