personnel authorised to do so. BSCCB may also avail of third parties,
particularly, among the others, it avails of the two Shareholders, which shall operate as external data
processors, SGL Carbon and Brembo S.p.A, for the maintenance
on the IT systems in which data are processed, as well as of suppliers of the latter, for the website’s
technical management (for example database) and to provide the hosting service,
such as Aruba S.p.A.
- Data storage period: For the time strictly
needed to achieve the purposes it was collected for, or to follow up on your
request.
- IP address and navigation data
- Processing
purpose: Navigation on the website. IT systems and programs used to operate the
website collect some personal data transmitted implicitly when using internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain
names of the computers of users connecting to the website, addresses URI-
Uniform Resource Identifier – method used to submit the request to the server,
